On the strength of a glossy mailed advertisement, we called Chad Bell at C&B Waterworks Landscaping to discuss an extensive outdoor project. We were impressed with Chad’s artistic vision and motivation. Chad provided a professional and comprehensive written contact for the project, which morphed slightly over the course of the project as we added a new sprinkler system and changed our mind on pavers. C&B worked literally through rain and snow to meet out project deadline. We appreciated the high work ethic and attention to detail of the whole C&B team and were very impressed that Chad provided on-site quality control through every step of the project. Thank you for all your organizing, coordinating, and follow up on our backyard patio project. The end product turned out better than expected. Erik and I were pleased with how the entire project went from start to finish. The staff was hard working and represented the company very well. They arrived each morning with a clear understanding of what needed to be done each day. It was great to see you at our work site verifying the work being done and communicating with us on a regular base what was happening and where we were going next. The stone company you partner with was equally professional and hard working. There was no time I ever felt uncomfortable with the workers at our house. Working in the summer is always challenging with the lighting and rain. You started demolishing our deck and flagstone patio on June 4, 2014 and finished just in time for the 4th of July. Your follow‐up after we were finished are the small details that mean a lot to a home owner. It was great of you to add the extra sand on the stone to be sure all the stones would set tightly. The lights you added in the back are great now I can see at night in the winter time when I let the dogs out or when we are cooking on the grill.

Chad and his crew came out immediately and offered a fair quote for the work being done. They were out 2 weeks later during the winter to complete most of the landscaping except for the grass. They were fast and responsive and our yard turned out great! When we had some issues with a few small plants that didn't make it, they came out the following day to replace them. Definitely would recommend.

We had a new home for which we needed landscaping in the summer of 2017. I kept, reviewed, and called on every flyer, business card, and ad I saw, and it was quickly apparent to me that Chad and his operation were several levels above any other outfit I spoke with in terms of their drive and ability to conceptualize and execute on my various projects, which included not only landscaping, but also exterior construction, and we are also looking forward to not having to do so much research to know that Chad is our go to when we are ready for interior modifications (like finishing our basement) too. We were very pleased with Chad's ideas and the resultant work product. We have a beautiful, unique and functional yard that we can enjoy for years to come.
